ABOUT

Travis Marks has worked as a storyboard artist in the animation industry since 2019, where he’s contributed to both animated series and feature films.

He has done work for studios such as Sony Pictures Animation, Flying Bark Productions, Locksmith Animation, Warner Bros Pictures Animation, Netflix Animation, Disney Television Animation, Bento Box Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation Television.

His recent credits include the upcoming animated action/horror series Ghostbusters: Nightshift (2027), the animated musical/comedy feature film Bad Fairies (2027), the Emmy and Annie award winning series Marvel’s MoonGirl and Devil Dinosaur and many others!

His body of work includes genres like Action/Adventure, Comedy, Musicals, Horror, Fantasy and Sci-Fi; as well as showcasing a versatile range of styles that represent his eclectic interests in the medium of animation. He is most passionate about cinematic film language, musical sequences, cartoony comedy and character driven action and performance.

Travis is also very passionate about mentoring the next generation of artists! He has been invited to give guest lectures and one-on-one mentorships at The School of Visual Arts New York City, Brainstorm School, Cal State University Northridge and The University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of animation, He is a trained classical musician, and also enjoys hiking in nature, animals, art history, 80’s/90’s/2000’s nostalgia, spirituality, psychology, mythology, cryptozoology, prehistoric anthropology, BBQ-ology, Taco-ology, Ramen-ology, etc.

He was born and raised in Texas and currently lives in the LA area with his amazing wife Amanda and their cat, Puppy!

Travis will be available for episode director, assistant director, feature story artist, series storyboard or storyboard revisions work in August 2026.
